What’s new

The latest features and fixes across the Core and Lite Android apps and the web dashboard. Always update from Google Play to get the newest version.

● Core app (Android)

September 2026
  • Spanish, Lithuanian, Estonian languages. Core app now supports es-MX, lt and et — alongside the existing English, Greek, German, Dutch and French.
  • Admin console. /admin data grid with per-user plan management, device revocation, geo lookup and system metrics.
  • Charge points on route. Core app now shows nearby charging stations along your planned route.
  • Support chat. In-app and web support chat, relayed to Telegram. Staff replies trigger push notifications.
  • Stronger token security. JWT signing migrated from symmetric HS256 to asymmetric RS256 with RSA-2048 keys — a leaked secret can no longer forge tokens.

  • Car photo no longer cropped on the dashboard card — the full photo shows now.
  • New charging animation. The battery bar continuously cycles color (rainbow-style) while the car is charging.

  • Sentry “watching” icon actually appears now. The ongoing status-bar icon (Settings → toggle) used to only show up during an alarm — it now shows as soon as Sentry Mode arms, and clears when it disarms.
  • New brand mark on the sign-in screen.
  • Charging notifications name your car instead of a generic “your Tesla”.
  • Smaller, tighter dashboard card with the car photo properly filling its frame, no more dead space.
  • Animated blue bolt sliding across the battery bar while charging.
  • Fixed a rare sign-out freeze that could leave the account looking “still signed in” on this device.

  • Greek language. Marit.es now speaks Greek — switch anytime in Settings → Language (System / English / Ελληνικά).
  • Distinct Sentry alert icon. Sentry notifications now use their own icon, so you can tell them apart from charging alerts at a glance.
  • Quick access to notification sound settings from Settings → Push notifications.

  • Sentry alerts now name your car. “Alarm Triggered” alerts show which vehicle triggered it instead of a generic “Your Tesla”.
  • Timestamps in your car’s own timezone. Sentry, drive and charge times are now shown in the timezone where the car actually is, not your phone’s.
  • Per-car alarm response. Honk/flash-on-alarm settings are now set separately for each vehicle instead of applying to all your cars at once.
  • Bigger, animated battery bar. The battery bar is thicker and pulses with a small lightning-bolt icon while charging.
  • Better fit on smaller phones. The UI now scales down cleanly on narrow screens instead of appearing oversized.
  • 16 KB memory page size support, required for newer Android devices.

  • Cancelling Tesla sign-in no longer leaves a blank screen. If you start the Tesla login and back out, the app now returns to the welcome screen so you can try again.

  • Telegram alerts. Get your Sentry alerts on Telegram too. Open Settings → Notifications → Connect Telegram, tap Start in the bot, and you’re linked — no Tesla login needed. Choose phone notifications, Telegram, or both.
  • Alerts now show the car’s location. Each Telegram alert is followed by a map pin of where your car is — tap it to open directions.

  • Energy used per trip. Drives now show how many kWh each trip used, estimated from your own charging history.
  • Stats marked Beta. The estimated figures in Stats are labelled Beta — they’re still being fine-tuned.
  • Flexible charging tariff. The off-peak “night” rate is now a reduced rate you can apply to up to three time windows a day.
  • Refreshed logo across the app.
  • No more double alerts. If you have both Core and Lite installed, a Sentry alert no longer arrives twice.

  • No login flash. The app no longer briefly shows the “Login with Tesla” screen when you’re already signed in.

  • Interactive maps. The maps on Dashboard (live location), Charges, and Sentry events are now interactive (pan/zoom) instead of a static image — matching Drives.
  • Charging curve. Every charging session now shows a power/SoC-over-time chart.
  • Tire pressure (TPMS). New dashboard widget plus per-tire pressure history.
  • Elevation gain/loss per drive. Every drive now shows elevation gained and lost.
  • Fixed Battery Health >100%. Refreshed Model Y (“Juniper”) cars showed battery health above 100% due to an outdated nominal capacity constant — fixed.
  • Live lightning icon on the battery bar while charging.
  • Removed the “hard acceleration/braking” route indicator — it wasn't reliable at Fleet Telemetry's sampling cadence.
  • Login fix. Reloading the page no longer signs you out, and opening the Core app no longer signs out your web session.

  • Sign up directly with your Tesla account. No invite code needed anymore — new accounts start on a 14-day Core trial automatically.
  • Fixed a sign-in bug. For a short window, some new sign-in attempts were silently blocked without any error shown. If that happened to you, we’re sorry — it’s fixed, just try signing in again.

  • Overview dashboard. New at-a-glance page summarising recent drives, charges and battery status.
  • Battery health: ideal vs rated range. A new chart tracks your ideal (100% SoC) range alongside rated range over time.
  • Vampire drain table. Day-by-day standby battery loss in one table.
  • Drive efficiency score. Each drive gets a temperature-normalised efficiency score (Good/Fair/Poor) with an honest tip when a trip used more energy than usual.
  • Charging cost by month. Stats now charts your monthly charging cost and kWh.
  • Home vs public charging. Charges are tagged Home or Public automatically.
  • Forgot to plug in? Optional alert (Settings → Alerts) when your car is parked at home with low battery and not charging.
  • Route minimap in PDF exports. Drive PDF exports now include a small map of the route.
  • FSD km & charging Amps/Watts. Drives show FSD-driven distance (HW4 cars) and charges show average Amps/Watts.

  • Efficiency per trip. Drives now show kWh/100km alongside distance and energy used.
  • Cabin & outside temperature per trip. Each drive now shows average inside and outside temperature.
  • Fixed drive sorting. Sorting the Drives list (e.g. by Max speed) now actually re-orders what you see, not just the export.
  • Charging complete alerts. Get a push notification (and Telegram, if connected) when a charging session ends — toggle it under Settings → Alerts. Available on the web dashboard and Core app.

  • Energy used per trip. Each drive now shows the kWh it used, estimated from your charging history.
  • Charging status at a glance. The dashboard now shows when your car is charging, with live power.
  • Flexible charging tariff. The night rate is now a reduced rate you can apply to up to three time windows a day.

  • Units & time format. Choose metric or imperial and 12 or 24-hour time in Settings.
  • Driving-style trip maps. Drive routes are coloured by hard acceleration and braking, with a count of each.
  • Export your data. Download Drives and Charges as CSV, Excel or PDF, with a date range and sorting.
  • Trip maps fixed. Drive routes show on the map again, even without saved addresses.
  • Cleaner admin & navigation. Removed the unused notifications page (alerts are on mobile); the admin view now shows last login, cars and plan.
  • Live temperatures & range are shown again on the dashboard.
  • Trips & charging history are recorded and visible again.
  • Clearer sign-in & settings pages, and a proper page title.
